For more than twenty years, thousands of classic car enthusiasts from all over British Columbia, Alberta and the United States have flocked to Radium Hot Springs on a Saturday in September for the annual Columbia Valley Classics Autumn Show and Shine. Close to a thousand lovingly restored antique cars and trucks show off their shine at the Springs Golf Course (more than 2,300 different vehicles over the years), while visitors take a stroll down memory lane, stopping to check under the hoods, smell the leather and chat with the owners of these spectacular reminders of our yesterdays.

At the end of the day, the cars do a road cruise down the highway to Invermere where they wind their way through town, an extravaganza of glistening chrome and fabulous finishes, beeping their horns to the delight of the cheering crowds lining the streets.
