Recently upgraded with new paint, furniture and bedding, the home’s main level features a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining area with flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo, wood-burning fireplace and access to a west-facing balcony with BBQ and patio furniture. The master bedroom with queen-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom is also on this level.
On the second floor, there are a full bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The lower walk-out level contains the 4th bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with stand-up shower and also 2 queen-sized sofa beds.
The home has a washer and dryer and fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps and paper products are supplied. There is no internet access in the property.
Golfing is, of course, a main attraction in Fairmont Hot Springs, with Fairmont Hot Springs Resort’s 2 beautiful courses, Mountainside and Riverside, close by. During the summer, there is also the resort’s outdoor water park with 3-storey waterslide and spray park (a family day pass is $40 and family week pass is $100) and there is also hiking, cycling along the area’s groomed trails, rafting on the Columbia River and more.
