With all the comforts of home, this 3-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom Radium Hot Springs vacation rental condo is located on the third floor of the Birch building at The Peaks. With sleeping accommodation for 10 people, it is perfect for a group of couples, perhaps a golfing party.
On the main level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with TV, DVD, stereo, gas fireplace and access to a north-facing balcony with BBQ, patio furniture and a gorgeous mountain view. There are also a full bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms on this floor –- the master and another -– both having queen-sized beds.
The upper loft area has a second living space with a TV and 2 queen hide-a-beds, a full bathroom and an enclosed third bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
The unit has a washer and dryer and is air conditioned. There is no internet connection. All linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps and paper products are supplied.
There is a beautiful outdoor pool for your pleasure during the summer months and an indoor hot tub is available year-round. When you don’t want to be bothered preparing a meal, Radium Hot Springs offers dining experiences that range from cozy cafes, pizza and ice cream parlors, to quaint European restaurants.
Visitors flock to the Radium Resort and the Radium Springs golf courses in the summer for 36 holes of fabulous golfing, and within an easy drive are more than a dozen more 18-hole golf courses. In nearby Kootenay National Park and Bugaboos Provincial Park there are many hiking trails and lots of opportunities to view the wide variety of wildlife. Enjoy white-water rafting, fishing, trail riding and, just a few minutes south, you can boat, swim and picnic on the shores of beautiful Lake Windermere.
In winter, cross-country ski or snowshoe, and if you want to experience some of the best downhill skiing in North America, a short trip up to Panorama Mountain Village or Kicking Horse Mountain Resort will fill the bill.
