This lovely third-floor Radium Hot Springs vacation rental condo is in the Poplar building at The Peaks development. With 2 bedrooms + loft and 2 bathrooms, it easily accommodates 9 people, ideal for families.
On the main level are a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with TV, DVD, stereo and access to a south-facing balcony with BBQ and patio furniture. There is also a full bathroom plus the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
The loft area features a double/single bunk-bed combination, a full bathroom, futon and foosball table.
The unit has an its own washer/dryer and is air-conditioned. Towels, linens, dishcloths, soaps and paper products are supplied. There is no internet connection.
Guests may enjoy the outdoor heated pool during the summer months and the indoor hot tub year-round. For those times when you don’t feel like cooking, the village boasts excellent cafes, pizza and ice cream parlors and great restaurants that serve authentic European and North American cuisine.
Summertime offers 36 holes of awesome golf at the Radium Resort and Radium Springs golf courses and there are more than a dozen more courses within an easy drive. Nearby Kootenay National Park and Bugaboos Provincial Park have great trails for hiking and climbing, and rafting and trail riding are also popular. Take a short trip to Invermere for a day of shopping or boating, swimming and picnicking at Lake Windermere.
Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are available in and around Radium in the winter, plus great downhill skiing at nearby Panorama Mountain Village or Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.
