There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area and a living area with a large stone gas fireplace, TV, DVD and stereo. A south-facing deck has BBQ, patio furniture and a view of a quiet green space.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds and a shared ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower and a washer/dryer.
There is an outdoor pool for use in the summer and a hot tub which is available year-round. The unit is air-conditioned and is equipped with a plug-in internet modem (wired internet). Fresh towels, linens, dishcloths, soaps and paper products are supplied.
In summer, the golfing at Radium Resort and Radium Springs golf courses right in the village, plus several other championship courses in the near vicinity, is legendary. Kootenay National Park is right on your doorstep with miles of hiking trails offering opportunities to view the many wildlife species that call the mountain park home. And for the climber, Bugaboo Provincial Park has some amazing peaks just waiting to be conquered. You can also ride horseback on backcountry trails or raft on the Columbia River.
Radium Hot Springs offers some great eating places when you want to take a break from cooking meals. There are cafes, pizza and ice cream parlors and many family restaurants which cater to both the European and North American tastes.
Nearby Invermere has some great shopping and dining experiences in store. Bring your bathing suit and spend the day at one of the two waterside parks with sandy beaches on Lake Windermere. You can rent a boat and do some wakeboarding, water skiing or fishing, or swim, then relax in the sun and picnic in a lovely green space under the trees.
Wintertime sees lots of snow come to the valley and there is great cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in and around Radium. For some of the best downhill skiing or heli-skiing in the country, a short drive will take you to Panorama Mountain Resort.
