The main floor has a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining and a living area with satellite TV, DVD, fireplace and pool table, plus a half bath.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The master features a queen-sized bed with a full ensuite bathroom, the second has a queen-sized bed and the third, 2 single beds. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.
This home has a west-facing deck with BBQ and patio furniture, where you can relax in the evenings and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over Lake Windermere and the Purcell Mountains.
Laundry facilities are on-site and fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps and all paper products are supplied.
Golfing is a huge attraction in the warmer months of the year and there are also activities within the Invermere area for every age and taste. You can hike along alpine trails, paddle a canoe into the Columbia wetlands to view the many varieties of birds and other wildlife that make their homes there, picnic at one of the parks, swim, water ski or wakeboard, raft down the Columbia River or spend a day exploring the lovely boutiques and art galleries in town. Have dinner in a fine restaurant and take in a movie.
In winter, the slopes at Panorama Mountain Resort draw visitors from all over the continent. Besides downhill skiing, there is cross-country and heli-skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, dogsledding and more. Right in Invermere, you can skate or have a great game of hockey on Lake Windermere, and in January each year, the Bonspiel-on-the-Lake attracts curling teams and fans from everywhere while Invermere celebrates Winterlude at Kinsmen Beach.
