6-9pm - Explore the practical workings of the brain and participate in goal setting with Brain Gym exercises to help improve daily work, play, stress level and general life activities. All ages can benefit from learning these simple exercises that can be easily incorporated into your day. Instructor: Joanne Bragg is certified in Brain Gym, Visioncircles, Touch for Health, Brain Organizational Profiles, Switched on Golf, and Gravity Balance through the Educational Kinesiology Foundation. She is also a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. Joanne has her Bachelors of Physical Education, a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership and 20 years of teaching experience with students aged 5 - 85.
