‘Species at Risk’ traveling exhibition

Aug 4, 2016 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

| Free

The ‘Species at Risk’ traveling exhibition, housed in a cleverly re-made trailer,  is a fun and illuminating exhibit touring across British Columbia this summer. The ‘mobile museum’  is a project of the Royal BC Museum and it will be stopping in Invermere.

The purpose of the Species at Risk exhibition is to talk about what we British Columbians stand to lose if we don’t soon make some very big changes to our relationship with the natural world in which we live.

Everyone’s invited to come and see this one-of-a-kind exhibit and talk with skilled and personable interpreters the from the Royal BC Museum and the Robert Bateman Centre.

To find out more about the ‘Species at Risk’ project, go to: http://royalbcmuseum.bc.ca/speciesatrisk/

The trailer will be parked in the parking lot down at Kinsmen Beach.
